Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To Request a Return:

Email us at support@glow-ara.store with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process.
Please note: Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
