Return Policy

We want you to love your Glowara experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To Request a Return:

  1. Email us at support@glow-ara.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process.

Please note: Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
